As someone who values education and community development, and someone who personally experienced studying in this college, I am impressed by the mission and vision of One Cainta College. The institution’s dedication to providing free quality education and its commitment to the community are truly commendable. OCC is not just a place of learning; it is a place where future leaders and entrepreneurs are nurtured and prepared to make a positive impact on society.

One Cainta College (OCC) is a beacon of hope and opportunity for the residents of Cainta, Rizal. As a locally funded institution, it aims to provide quality higher education that is accessible to Caintenos. Former Cainta Mayor Kit Nieto once said that Caintenos will not need to spend a single cent while studying in this college. Here are my thoughts on what makes OCC stand out:

The college offers degrees in fields such as Entrepreneurship, Technical Vocational Teacher Education, and Information Systems. The curriculum is designed to equip students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their chosen careers. OCC provides a supportive and nurturing environment for its students. The Cainta Mayor Elen Nieto and Cainta Admin Kit Nieto, the administration and staff are approachable and always willing to assist students with their academic and personal needs. The availability of scholarships and financial aid programs, such as the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) and Tulong Dunong Scholarship Program, ensures that financial constraints do not hinder students from pursuing their education.

One Cainta College Alumni Association held its official Oath Taking of Officers on July 9, 2024 in the office of Cainta Mayor Elen Nieto. OCC Alumni Assoc. is now led by Mr. Michael Udag.
