3RD WISH 107.5 Music Awards at The Big Dome
For its third year, the Wish 107.5 Music Award will live up to its commitment to be an award-giving body with a heart. The awarding ceremony will be held on January 15, 2018 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. Winners in the different categories will have the chance to grant cash donations to their chosen beneficiaries.
Winners in these categories will be determined through Wishers’ votes (15%), and judges’ votes (85%). Polling period will start on December 15, 2017 and will end on January 15, 2018 at 12 noon. You may download the WISH 107.5 app in Google Play or in App Store for Wishclusive updates.
For this year, the music awards will have the following categories up for voting:
- Wish Contemporary Folk Song of the Year
- Wish Urban Song of the Year
- Wish R&B Song of the Year
- Wish Rock/Alternative Song of the Year
- Wish Ballad Song of the Year
- Wish Pop Song of the Year
- Wishclusive Contemporary Folk Performance of the Year
- Wishclusive Urban Performance of the Year
- Wishclusive R&B Performance of the Year
- Wishclusive Rock/Alternative Performance of the Year
- Wishclusive Ballad Performance of the Year
- Wishclusive Pop Performance of the Year
- Wishclusive Collaboration of the Year
- Wishclusive Performance of the Year by an International Artist
- Wish Promising Artist of the Year
- Wish Young Artist of the Year
- Wish Group/Duo of the Year
- Wish Artist of the Year
The annually-held event will pay tribute to the Philippine music scene’s cream of the crop, recognizing their efforts to uplift Filipino artistry and this year, WISH will also recognize foreign singers who have shared their talents on board the Wish Bus.
