Lady Gaga looked rather conservative (for her) while making her grand entrance at the 2010 MTV Video Music Awards in a dramatic Renaissance-inspired gown from Alexander McQueen's last collection. The pop star topped off her blue, lilac, and gray locks with a gold feather headpiece.
